How do I return an item?
Please email us for return authorization. Upon approval we accept returns for store credit.
We accept returns for defective products shipped to you by Superior Vocal Health, due to defects in manufacturing and or inferior workmanship within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Incorrect products shipped to you, may also returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number issued by Superior Vocal Health.
Returns are not accepted for any reason after thirty (30) days from the date of the order.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE RETURNS IF THE ABOVE GUIDELINES ARE NOT MET.
